Q: Do you have employment openings?
A: To view openings with the Provo Craft please click here or click on the careers on the main page of our web site.

Q: I can't find what I am looking for on your web site.
A: You will find a site map of the Provo Craft web site here.

Sales
Q: What are Provo Craft’s hours of business?
A: Provo Craft is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday - Friday, closed major holidays. If you are a store owner, our warehouse is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday only from Noon to 4:00 p.m. You must be an authorized buyer on an account and provide identification.

Q: If I already have an account with Provo Craft do I need to resubmit an application?
A: No.


Q: If I have already faxed in my account application using the old forms do I need to resubmit my application?
A: Yes. Please download the new account application documentation from the Provo Craft web site. Provo Craft began an account review on July 1, 2006 which concluded on August 15, 2006. During this period of time, no new accounts were opened. As of 8/16/2006 Provo Craft has resumed opening accounts. All new accounts will be required to meet the new minimum order requirements.

Q: If I already have an account do I have to meet the new minimum re-order requirements?
A: Not at this time. However, this may change in the future.

Q: Do I have to provide a copy of my lease or deed as part of the application process?
A: No.

Q: Do I have to provide a photo of my store?
A: No.

Q: I am a store owner or an authorized online retailer how do I set up an account with Provo Craft?
A: Visit the wholesale application page. Your application will be processed within 5 business days of receiving it. Please note: If your application is incomplete or you have requested credit it may delay the approval of your application.

Q: How can I order a catalog from Provo Craft?
A: While we would love to share our catalog with everyone, only retail store owners and buyers are invited to order our catalog. In the meantime, all of the products available through our catalog have been posted on our web site for customer review and can be ordered from one of our many valued retail store partners. Please browse our entire collection here and then visit our store locator to locate and purchase your favorite items. If you are a store owner please contact your account specialist.

Q: I do not operate a retail store, can I order product directly from Provo Craft?
A: No. We are committed to qualified retailers and online stores with product that they, in turn, make available to their customers. We sincerely appreciate your interest in Provo Craft and hope that you will use our store locator to find our products at a store near you.

If your favorite local scrapbooking store does not carry Provo Craft products, please contact the store owner and let her/him know of your interest.

If you cannot locate a retailer, we invite you to visit one of our online retail partners to order products. A number of stores offer online service.

Q: If I am a retail owner can I order product online?
A: Yes. In an effort to provide superior customer service we now offer online ordering to those who own a store or are a qualified online retailer. Please log in and begin shopping. In addition to online ordering, customers may still order by email, fax, or phone.

Q: If I open an account do you have a sales representative that can support me?
A: Yes, as part of Provo Craft's ongoing commitment to superior customer service, each Provo Craft account has a personal account specialist. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-937-7686 to speak with your personal account specialist.

Marketing Donations

Q: How do I request a donation of products for a party, event, grand opening, or charity?
A: As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of requests for donations. Please forward your request to your account specialist, or you can select donations in the feedback form. Please submit your request 90 days in advance of when you need the product. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your request to be reviewed.
Please be prepared to provide or include the following information:

* Your account number
* Complete contact information
* Email address
* Detailed explanation of the request
* Description of the charity or event
While we cannot possibly fulfill every request, please know that your submission will receive careful consideration. You will be contacted within 10 business days with a status update of your request.
